Yes, and we’re completely upfront about all of them. Stairs: £10 per flight (minimum £20). Difficult access or no parking: £50–£120. Long walking distance: £50 per 30m per 5m³. Distance beyond 20 miles from central London: £1 per mile. Every charge is confirmed in writing before moving day. Nothing is added on the day.

Guide prices run from £295–£495 for a 1 bedroom, £395–£695 for 2 bedrooms, £595–£995 for 3 bedrooms, and £895–£1,495+ for 4+ bedrooms. These cover loading, transport, unloading, fuel and basic item protection. Add-ons such as packing and dismantling are quoted separately. Your exact fixed price is confirmed during your free assessment.

For jobs under £200, full payment is required upfront. For standard jobs, a 30% booking fee secures your date with the remaining balance due on the day before unloading begins. All charges are confirmed in your fixed price quote before moving day.

We call back within 1 hour during business hours. If you submit outside of hours, you’ll be our first call the following morning. We’re available Monday to Saturday 8am–7pm and Sunday 9am–5pm.
