Terms of Service
The terms on which we provide our removal, clearance and related services.
Quotes and fixed pricing
Quotes are provided free of charge following an assessment of your move. The fixed price we confirm in writing includes the access charges identified during that assessment. Nothing is added on moving day without your prior agreement. If the scope of the job changes materially from what was assessed, we will agree any adjustment with you before proceeding.
Access charges
Access charges apply to every job and are confirmed before we start: stairs £10 per flight (minimum £20); difficult access or no parking £50–£120; long walking distance £50 per 30m per 5m³; distance beyond 20 miles from central London £1 per mile.
Payment
For jobs under £200, full payment is required upfront. For standard jobs, a 30% booking fee secures your date with the balance due on moving day before unloading begins.
Insurance
Every job is covered by £50,000 goods-in-transit insurance and £1 million public liability insurance, included as standard. Items packed by the customer, and certain high-value or fragile items, may be subject to limits; tell us in advance so we can advise.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel your booking, contact us as soon as possible. Booking fees may be non-refundable for late cancellations close to the moving date; we’ll always be reasonable and explain any charge clearly.
Our responsibilities
We will carry out your move with reasonable care and skill, using appropriately trained teams and equipment. Our liability is limited to the insurance cover in place for your job.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
