Yes. Every quote is a fixed price confirmed in writing before moving day. We assess all access conditions during your free quote and include those charges upfront. The number we agree is the number on your invoice.

Full packing and unpacking is available as an add-on from £245. Premium wrapping and fragile care is available from £125. Both are quoted separately and included in your written fixed price before moving day.
Every move is covered by £50,000 goods-in-transit insurance and £1 million public liability insurance, both included as standard on every job at no extra cost.
