When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and information about your move such as property size, postcodes and preferred dates. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and confirm your fixed-price quote, to contact you about your enquiry, and to provide and improve our services. We will only contact you about your enquiry and your move unless you ask us to keep you updated.
Lawful basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (your quote and move), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the team members and trusted service providers needed to deliver your move and run our business, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
