How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.
Who we are
Eco London Movers Ltd is a removal company registered in England & Wales, serving London and the surrounding areas. You can reach us at info@ecolondonmovers.co.uk or 0737 626 0729.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and information about your move such as property size, postcodes and preferred dates. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and confirm your fixed-price quote, to contact you about your enquiry, and to provide and improve our services. We will only contact you about your enquiry and your move unless you ask us to keep you updated.
Lawful basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (your quote and move), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the team members and trusted service providers needed to deliver your move and run our business, and where required by law.
Cookies
We only use cookies that aren’t essential if you say yes. When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use advertising cookies from Google Ads (and Meta, if we advertise there). These tell us which advert brought you to our site, and keep a note of that advert for up to 90 days so we can see which adverts lead to bookings. If you say no, none of these are set or read. We store your choice in your browser so we don’t ask again, and you can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Retention
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@ecolondonmovers.co.uk.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version always appears on this page.
