House Clearance When You Need Everything Gone
Full houses, probate clearances and flats, cleared properly and respectfully. Fixed price before we start, and we donate and recycle first.
How We Help
A Clearance Done With Care
A full house clearance is more than taking things to the tip. It’s sorting through a lifetime of belongings, knowing what can be donated, what can be recycled and what is genuinely waste, then doing it quickly without damaging the property. We’ve cleared houses and flats across London and the surrounding areas for over five years.
What a full clearance covers
- All furniture, appliances and white goods
- Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom contents
- Lofts, garages, sheds, basements and outbuildings
- Electronics, books, papers and personal effects
- Garden items, tools and green waste
Probate and bereavement clearances
This is the hard one, and we treat it with respect. You tell us what to keep, family photos, papers, jewellery, sentimental items, and you take those. Everything else, we sort: donate, recycle, dispose responsibly. You don’t have to be there. We provide a full inventory and a waste transfer note for your records, and the probate solicitor gets what they need. No rushing, no pressure.
Transparent Pricing
House Clearance Prices
We don’t charge by the hour, hourly rates reward slow work. We charge a fixed price based on property size and how much there is to clear.
Your exact price depends on how much furniture there is, flights of stairs, parking and distance to the recycling centre, all confirmed in a fixed price before we start. Same-day clearance is available if you call before 11am (usually 30–40% more).
